Bienvenidos Nicaragua y Felicidades Costa Rica for the World Cup Win Advancement today

Up at 2am to travel to Nicaragua. Kendall had a bit of trouble getting up and dressed this morning but we were on our way on time and he changed his clothes on the road before we had breakfast. We were all tired this morning. A long drive to exit Costa Rica and enter Nicaragua. We filed immigration declaration for Costa Rica and Nicaragua and paid to exit Costa Rica to Nicaragua as well as to enter Nicaragua. A lot of lines. We also turned in 2 rented cars in Costa Rica and rented 2 cars in Nicaragua. So we had some walking to do with our luggage as well. We found a hotel and headed into town for lunch and to watch the World Cup game between Costa Rica and Greece. After a nail biting game between the two, Costa Rica won during the penalty round. Nicaragua does not have a soccer team so everyone here was rooting for Costa Rica. From their win, they made history today.  We are relaxing on the deck of a restaurant :-)
