I turned 40 and I spent the weekend with one of my best friends and her Mom here at Smithville, NJ. On that Memorial Day morning, I had stayed in the Baremore Room (and according to the woman who checked us in it is the second nicest room at the Colonial Inn second only to the Bridal Suite). I sat outside, enjoyed the breakfast and filled out the first adoptin application. I signed the first check and put it in the mail. Not really knowing the journey but was ready for it to begin.
On my 45th birthday, Kendall and I stayed in the same room, met with the same best friend and her Mom an enjoyed Smithville, NJ. I showed Kendall where it all started and he loved the rides, games and shops to go with it.
